  • the ability to manage multiple projects and review progress of your transactions in one, easy to use online service.
There are four easy steps to get what you need from Sydney Water Tap in™.

1. Register
Registration takes only a minute. Once it’s done, you'll be able to access all your transactions with a safe and secure log in. You’ll need a valid email address for this step.

2. Search by property
You can easily search for a property using a simple Google map, your address or your Sydney Water account number.

3. Search by product or service
Once you've selected your property, choose one (or more) of the available services and complete the online form.

4. Review and pay
When you've finished, review your application and pay online. You'll be able to access your transaction history any time using your log in details.
