Engaging with customers

Our Community Advisory Committee helps us engage with organisations that represent different types of customers.

The roles and responsibilities of the Community Advisory Committee are set out in our Community Advisory Committee Charter. It has been jointly drafted by Sydney Water and members.

Community Advisory Committee members

Our Community Advisory Committee includes key organisations that represent our customers. We seek members' advice and feedback on a range of products and projects. The committee meets four times a year.

Current members are:

  • Community Industry Group (formerly Illawarra Forum Inc.)
  • Local Government NSW
  • Nature Conservation Council NSW

  • Council of the Ageing (COTA) NSW
  • People with Disability (PwD) Australia
  • NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS)
  • Total Environment Centre
  • Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA)
